Why Sterling Silver Jewelry?

Silver is usually alloyed with copper to increase its hardness and strength. Fine silver, 99.9% pure silver, is relatively soft, so pieces made of sterling silver are more durable.


It holds its value, lasts a lifetime, and gets more beautiful with frequent use as it develops its patina. 

How are my pieces created?

These Sterling Silver products are created with a lost-wax casting process using a high-resolution 3D wax printer. The 3D printed wax model is put in a container and liquid plaster is poured around it to create a mold. After the plaster sets, the wax is melted out and molten silver is poured into the plaster mold. The plaster is then pulled away to reveal the silver and the finished product is hand polished to achieve a smooth finish but still can have some surface texture. The final step is to apply a patina that allows highlighting the details of the pieces showing an effect similar to the one produced by the passage of time in the silver, obscuring the engraved detail while maintaining its brilliance in the embossed. 


Why my pieces are not cheaper like those from other vendors?

Some vendors offer pieces of silver jewelry items that are actually created with other much cheaper plastic or metal, which are then plated with silver or silver-like baths to provide this appearance.


Initially, these more economical pieces look fantastic, but in the short term, they tend to be more fragile. They lose the baths of silver material in a very short time and can even produce green spots on the skin unsightly and very difficult to eliminate.

The price of my pieces of jewelry depends on the quality of the metal or alloy with which they are made, the machinery used, their detail and complexity in the design and creation process, and of course, their size and weight in grams. 

Can I use multiple discount codes on a single order?

Discount codes don't stack. Only one discount at a time can apply to a single order.


How much time does it take to make an item?

The time I need to make a jewelry item varies, it can take from 2 weeks to 4 approx. For more details, see individual items.


PayPal payments

Making your payments through PayPal your order will be marked as shipped immediately, to avoid the cancellation of the transaction that automatically performs PayPal after the term of 10 days. As indicated in each article, the production times of these are from 14 to 30 days depending on the volume of production and the complexity of these, which are indicated in their descriptions.
Your order paid by PayPal will be marked as shipped at the time of purchase, but the actual shipment will be notified at the time of its completion.


Can I return or exchange an item?

I have total confidence in my products. However, if you are in any way dissatisfied with your purchase, please return it to me within 14 days in its original condition, for a refund or replacement. I gladly accept returns and exchanges. Just contact me within 14 days of delivery and ship items back to me within: 30 days of delivery.

In the event of goods arriving damaged or not as ordered, please inform me within 48 hours, and I will be happy to replace them. I'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of my error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc).

I do not accept cancellations so if you are not sure of buying an item, think about it a little more. Anyway in case you want to cancel a purchase, contact me here patricia@pj3dartist.com. Only in the case of not having started the production at the moment of the reception of your message with the request of cancellation, it would be possible.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, the following items can't be returned or exchanged:

Sales can be returned and refunded within 14 business days of receiving your item.


Who is responsible for return shipping costs?

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. Free shipping is free one way only because I pay it for you, but I can’t do it also for the returns.

If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Items must be returned in their original and unused condition with all tags/packaging attached and in sellable condition.

Once items have been confirmed as shipped I'm not responsible for loss, damages, or delays. Anyway, I'll do my best to know about what happened and to solve the problem. Fortunately, I work with professionals and this has never happened on any of my shop shipments.
