The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. For details, see individual items.

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

Returns and exchanges

I have every confidence in my products, however, if you are in any way dissatisfied with your purchase, please return it to me within 14 days in its original condition, for a refund or replacement. I gladly accept returns and exchanges. Just contact me within 14 days of delivery. Ship items back to me within 30 days of delivery.

In the event of goods arriving damaged or not as ordered, please inform me within 48 hours, and I will be happy to replace them. I'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of my error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc)

I do not accept cancellations so if you are not sure of buying an item, think about it a little more. Anyway in case you want to cancel a purchase, contact me. Only in the case of not having started the production at the moment of the reception of your message of the request of cancellation, it would be possible.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, the following items can't be returned or exchanged:

Sales can be returned and refunded within 14 business days of receiving your item.

    Conditions of return

    Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. Free shipping is free one way only because I pay it for you, but I can’t do it also for the returns, I'm sorry.

    If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

    ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED IN ORIGINAL AND UNUSED CONDITION WITH ALL TAGS/PACKAGING ATTACHED AND IN SELLABLE CONDITION.

    Once items have been confirmed as shipped I'm not responsible for loss, damages, or delays. Anyway, I'll do my best to know about what happened and to solve the problem. Fortunately, I work with professionals and this has never happened.
